The Desktop Support Technician is responsible for in-person support within the organization’s desktop computing environment. This includes installing, diagnosing, maintaining, and upgrading all of the company’s hardware and equipment to ensure optimal performance. A strong sense of customer-focused service is a must. Proficiency in documenting work performed and setting expectations for the timelines required to complete service is required. An understanding of ITIL aligned best practices is preferred.
Monday-Friday 8:00 PM - 4:00 AM; Overtime as Needed; hours may flex up or down as needed with the operation.

The person is required to participate in all phases of the application development as the term dictates. The person should be a strong learner, contributor and must take ownership of their work.
The person will need to communicate in conversational English, so strong communication and language skills are required.
